ROLLER COVERING

Our roller coverings provide precise grip control, exceptional durability, and resilience against high temperatures, abrasion, oil, and chemical exposure. The coverings are available with and without self-adhesive backing.

WEAVING REED

We collaborate with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specialized in producing weaving reeds for various looms, including water-jet, air-jet, terry towel, metallic wire, ribbon, and carpet looms. Each reed is custom-made to meet the requirements of our customers.

WARP REED

Warping stands as a vital and essential phase within the weaving process. Our stainless steel warping reeds, supplemented with optional surface Hard-chrome treatment, are meticulously crafted to withstand abrasion with utmost effectiveness.

CATALOG

DRAWING-IN HOOKS

We offer a standard and a custom range of drawing-in hooks and reed knives. These items are available with a wooden or plastic grip and we offer right-handed and left-handed models. All hooks are rounded and polished to prevent any damage to even the most delicate yarns.

HEALDS – DROP WIRES

The (flat-rider and riderless) healds and drop wires are crafted from high-quality, heat-refined stainless steel, ensuring prolonged durability. The edges of the dropwires, particularly the operational section, are meticulously rounded. We guarantee a seamless operation with delicate warp yarns.

MECHANICAL PARTS

We provide aftermarket mechanical parts for a wide range of weaving looms, including Sulzer, Dornier, Vanderwiele, Picanol, and Jakob Müller. We offer a limited selection of parts which match the original quality standards but come at significantly lower prices, effectively reducing your maintenance costs.

WARPING BEAMS

The warp beams we offer are dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO-1940, meeting quality standard 6.3. Their construction is customized to meet the stability, precision, and speed parameters required by your specifications.

RIBBON – LABEL BEAMS

We offer beams for label and ribbon looms with holes (standard), pikes or ball bearings. These beams are available for natural and man-made yarns. All dimensions and tolerances adhere to ISO 8116-6 standards.
